Support That Makes a Difference

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
Individual therapy is one type of psychotherapy in which a trained professional helps a single person work through personal issues they have been facing. It is an effective treatment for a variety of emotional difficulties and mental illnesses.

MARITAL & COUPLES THERAPY
Marital therapy is a limited, though not superficial, form of psychotherapy with the aim of helping the partners to enjoy a more rewarding relationship or with the aim of lessening some of the strains and dissatisfactions in the relationship.

SELF ESTEEM COACHING
Self-esteem can affect our motivation and how likely we are to take risks and pursue our dreams. For example, if you have low self-esteem, you may have dreams of working in a certain industry, but don’t believe you’re capable of doing it. This lack of self-belief might stop you from trying to pursue a career or relationship you really want.

TRAUMA AND POST-TRAUMATIC STRESS DISORDER
Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is a mental health condition that's triggered by a terrifying event — either experiencing it or witnessing it. Symptoms may include flashbacks, nightmares and severe anxiety, as well as uncontrollable thoughts about the event.
Most people who go through traumatic events may have temporary difficulty adjusting and coping, but with time and good self-care, they usually get better. If the symptoms get worse, last for months or even years, and interfere with your day-to-day functioning, you may have PTSD.
